Refund and Returns Policy

At Maxedu.click, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products (eBooks, software, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. In such cases, we will cover return shipping fees.
